Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Allocorro Presentation Services' website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Services

Allocorro Presentation Services provides professional presentation training, design services, strategic consulting, and corporate training programs. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Individual and group presentation training
• Custom presentation design and development
• Strategic communication consulting
• Corporate training programs
• Virtual presentation coaching

Service Agreements

Booking and Scheduling

Services must be booked in advance. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for individual sessions and 2 weeks notice for corporate training programs.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• A 50% deposit is required for projects over $2,500 CAD
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly service charge
• All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified

Cancellation Policy

• Individual sessions: 24-hour cancellation notice required
• Corporate training: 1-week cancellation notice required
• Design projects: Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and training materials, is owned by Allocorro Presentation Services and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

Custom Work

For design services, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use general design concepts for portfolio purposes.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business content. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Professional Standards

Quality Assurance

We strive to deliver high-quality services that meet professional standards. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery.

Ethical Guidelines

We adhere to professional ethical standards and expect the same from our clients. We reserve the right to refuse service for projects that conflict with our values.
